Overview

In this webinar the role of the Board of Management as data controller will be examined and the practical implications for board members will be explored. We will highlight topical issues arising for Boards of Management for example, data sharing with the Board, viewing video footage and responding to Data Access Requests.

Towards the end of the session, we will allocate some time for Q&A. Attendees are invited to submit questions to patriciahiggins@jmb.ie by Wednesday, 15th March 2023.

The webinar is free of charge and it is open to principals, deputy principals and members of Boards of Management. A recording of the webinar will be available on our website following the event.
