Remote Session for Educate Together Schools |
Board of Management Training 2022 for Educate Together Schools will take place remotely on 21st November 7.00-9.30 pm.
Overview
Board of Management Training 2022 will take place in-person on a regional basis on 12, 19 & 26 November. Each training session is repeated each Saturday therefore, it is only necessary to attend one training session.
The Board of Management in-service training programme will provide board members with a clear insight into their roles and responsibilities as board members and the relationship between the board and the trustees.
In looking at the role and functions of the board, particular reference will be made to the Articles of Management, government guidelines and relevant legislation.

Who should attend
The in-service programme is open to all members of Boards of Management in voluntary secondary schools. In particular we would like to encourage the following groups of participants to attend:
- All members of new boards
- New members of existing boards
- Any member of a board who missed last year’s training
- Newly appointed principals
Cost
The cost of this training is €30 per person
This event has passed.
All attendees must register on-line prior to attending training/events.
Payment for JMB events/training will only be accepted by credit/debit card, as with all other on-line bookings/purchases.
